Subject: Three Rivers Ferret Show 2002 - an ADV Research Benefit

[Moderator's Note: Normally, I would not approve a message that is simply an advertisement for a ferret show or similar event. They only have local interest and they're not ferret health/medical related. However, I'm sending this one through because of its possible benefit to ADV research. Please don't take this as a go ahead to post about shows and/or fun matches]
The Three Rivers Ferret Council, Inc. is proud to announce the Three
Rivers Ferret Show 2002, an Aleutian Disease Research Benefit.
Proceeds from the show will be donated to the University of Georgia
towards humane ADV Research.
When? Saturday, May 11th, 2002
Where? Palace Inn, Monroeville, PA
Many exciting plans are underway for the show - including 20
specialty rings! There will even be an ADV Positive photo "ring".
Confirmed speakers include; Dr. Robert Stephon of Avecon Diagnostics,
Inc., Julie Fossa & Judy Gronwald (owners of ADV positive ferrets).
Each and every ferret in attendance will be tested for ADV using
Avecon's QuickChek test kit. These tests will be provided FREE of
charge to each and every ferret entering the show hall.
Sponsorship/Vendor packets will be mailed June - August 2001.
Entrant packets will not be available until January 2002. If you
would like to be added to our mailing list to ensure receipt of an
entry packet, contact the TRFC at the addresses below.
Sponsorships for the ADV tests & specialty rings are now being
solicited. If you are interested in being a sponsor, please contact
