             In addition to what Russell posted concerning FerretZyme, here's the 
ingredient list:
"1/2 teaspoon contains the following in 150mg of freeze-dried liver:
Fungal source protease - 12,000 HUT
Fungal source amylase - 4,000 DU
Fungal source lipase - 50 LU
Fungal source cellulase - 67 CU
Lactobacillus Acidophilus - 400 million
Bifidobacterium Longum - 200 million
Pancreas concentrate - 75 milligrams"
I have no idea what the HUT, DU, LU or CU abbreviations stand for.  
I'm sure someone here does.
Why does Stony need this?  I use it daily with my guys, and have for 
years, but I can't say that it does anything magical.
