Ferretone is an oily substance. I don't see where it would provide
any positive (or negative) results in the case of insulinoma.

A diet high in meat protein seems to be the best thing you can feed a
ferret with insulinoma. To my knowledge, there's nothing else, diet
wise, that would help.
