When I bought me ferret 3 years ago the lady told me to get a
hammock for
the ferret with the furry lining and that should be good enough. My
ferret
seems fine with just a furry hammock. Anytime I put any type of
material in
the cage she eats it -- so I just avoid that completely and have the
cage
with the smooth bottom and no bedding.
