I am just wondering if Jonesy has insulinoma ( I am new to the list).
And if so, if he can be treated with Proglycem (diazoxide - Dose = 50
mg/mL, 0.2 - 0.25 mL 2 X day) to bring his blood glucose level up ? So
far, two of my insulinoma ferrets have done well on it. They get Pred in
addition to the diazoxide. Hope this helps - it is so hard to lose them,
and harder to keep them when we think they are suffering ...
