Sure sounds like a prolapsed rectum. I would get this guy to a vet
- most prolapsed rectums return to normal once the diarrhea is
resolved. That needs to be addressed first. I also don't like to
use creams on that area with active problems going on - but often
recommend Preparation H once healing has started.
