I am not a vet, just a ferret owner for 20 yrs. I don't recommend ANY
flea shampoo. Any shampoo will kill or immobilize fleas so you can comb
them out with a flea comb. But that is just a temporary measure. What I
recommend is either Advantage or Frontline Top Spot. A couple drops on
your ferret's neck will control fleas for a month. I use Advantage and
get the package for dogs, 55lbs and over. I draw 0.2 ml out of a tube
with a syringe and, with the needle removed, place it on my ferrets
necks.
