Hi Christine
From your description it is hard to tell the
actuall cause of the anemia. For Epogen
we basically follow the same guidelines as
for dogs and cats. I use 200 units/kg
3 times a week to start with then taper it to
2 times a week then to once a week based on
the PCV.
