It could be just stress related, but is there any chance the new one
could have picked up ECE from your other ferret? It doesn't really
sound like it since she's eating. Usually, when they come down with
ECE they feel really bad and won't eat. If you don't know what ECE

Dehydration is always a concern with diarrhea. I would get her into
a vet as soon as you can. I don't think it should wait until your
vet gets back from vacation.
