The thing that I have found puts weight on ferrets quickest is

or Dyne

Just a curious question. Should either be fed to a ferret with
insulinoma,
as sweet as they are? I didn't notice any insulinoma effects until
I fed my
little 6-1/2 year old girl Dyne, trying to put weight on her before
adrenal
surgery, which she came thru great on 7-2, done by Dr. Murray.
After a week
or so of feeding Dyne, I noticed the hind end weakness, had a BG
done which
was 49. I've found feeding chicken gravy will put the weight on the
ferrets,
without much sugar. As I said, just curious! I've retired Dyne
since that
episode.
