Hi Lynn,

Since you asked... surgery wouldn't even be a fleeting thought in my
mind in this case: 7 years old with a known heart condition. I'm not
terribly crazy about surgery for insulinoma anyway, since the
improvement is very often short term, but that's just my opinion.
