My Belle had something similar once. She also had a couple sores on her
chest and one leg. My vet diagnosed it as "something pyoderma?" as best I
recall, and said it was caused by strep/staph infection. She was treated
with amoxy and washing the body sores with an antibacterial shampoo. It
cleared up pretty quickly.
