Bob, we've talked about using whole chickens for use in your gravy. The
last thing we spoke about was what approximate weight was of the chicken
you were using. Did you ever make note of that?
Roasting chickens have come in so many sizes... from two tiny ones to a
pack to ginormous. I'm always afraid of having an improper proportion of
chicken to the rest of the ingredients. Can you clarify please?
