Hi Daniela,
I have never heard of someone having silicone put in a ferret's
testicle after he has been castrated, but that doesn't mean someone
hasn't done it. However, it is certainly not a common practice in
the US.
I have heard of people having 'implants' put in the testicles of
nuetered male dogs. They do this because it is thought that since
whole male dogs are more agressive, people will be more intimidated
by a dog they think is whole, rather then neutered.
Since ferrets are not usually used as guard animals, I can't imagine
why someone would do this to a ferret, though.
