Well, at least we are making some progress toward a diagnosis. AS
the poop is firming up, and only one is affected, I lean away from
ECE. Green poop is very non-specific and simply says that it is
moving through the bowel too fast.

The grinding teeth suggests abdominal pain, and stress-related
gastric ulcers are now the most likely diagnosis. While there may be
something else, my suggestion would be to treat for gastric ulcers -
bland diet, Carafate at 75mglb four hours before meals, and try to
eliminate as much as possible.
