I've had a couple of boys under the surgery to reroute the urethra. It was
extremely successful in both cases (Ben went a year plus after his surgery,
PeeDee is working on the 2nd year and still going strong). I am sure that you
can find a vet close to you that can perform this type of surgery - why not
right to the shelters near you and find who they are using and work your way
out? Good luck to you and Odo!
