Subject: Thinking about getting another ferret...need some help??

Right now I have 2 ferrets, one male and one female. I want 2 get
another, but I have a couple of questions before I do. Should I get
another female, because males might not get along?...And When I get
the little Kit can I put it in the same cage with the older guys, or
put it is its own cage for little bit..? thanks
