Thanks for the info Suki. I know you said your not a vet, but you
sure seem to know a lot about ferrets. Apparently that on-call vet
doesn't, he did not even ask if I wanted any tests done, just that
she didn't have a chance and putting her to sleep was the best thing
to do. All I can now think is that he killed my ferret. I was going
to take my male to see him about chewing his fur off his belly but am
going to cancel that appt. His rat tail is growing fur back,
yippee!! So maybe the other is just stress also about his mommy.
