Hello Ladies:

For the 'clavamox cocktail' we use:

15 ml bottle Clavamox
500 mg Metronidazole
1 gram Sulcralfate

0.5 ml twice per day.

As I mentioned, we have also had good luck with Pepcid - the dosage would be
1/8 tablet orally or 1/2 - 1 mg injectable once a day.

My boss also recommends using oral barium (2-3 cc) before starting the
clavamox cocktail or pepcid. It helps to coat their tummies.
