Yes! I absolutely second this. One of the things that I try to do
with my
clients as their animals age is talk to them about what may happen.
Being
prepared for making the decisions (or having already made them)
helps
immensely in a stressful time. It's been planned out at a time when
the
owner could think clearly about what would be the best thing, the
easiest
thing, for both themselves and their pets. This is not only about
euthanasia, it is also about what to do afterwards. The decision to
bury or
to cremate is hard, but it's harder when made in a rush.
