Subject: [Ferret-Health-list] Vets/ anybody please- skin
over eyes?

You may wish to consider cataracts although I believe they
look blueish black.

growing over eyes?

Hi

My Spike has a weird problem, in the corners of his eyes
(both corners of
both eyes) it looks like skin is growing over his eyes, it
looks like a
second eyelid like lizards have but it's not retracting.
I've had Spike for
a year now and always thought he looked odd, he had this
dopey facial
expression which makes him look really cute. A week or so
ago I finally
noticed that he looks dopey because of the white skin in the
corners of his
eyes. It seems like it's slowly getting worse. Has anybody
got any idea
what it could be?
