Funny how, when someone answers a question, you
realize that you didn't word the question
right....
I wasn't asking how Dr. W decided the percentages,
but I certainly see how it was interpreted that
way. I was asking how you know which ones need
pred, which ones need pred and DOCP, and which
ones need nothing. On reflection, that was an
incredibly stupid question. The answer is "from
the bloodwork, dummy!"

So, forgive me if anyone misunderstood what I was
asking. Let's just chalk it up to a brain
malfunction on my part.
