Megan, in this situation I have gotten a letter from my vet saying that the
ferret cannot be vaccinated. This is enough even for most shows (not sure
what AFA's policy is). As long as everyone else is vaccinated I would think
that the risk of contracting rabies is low, while I personally wouldn't
chance another vaccination. Even if it meant keeping her at home for the
rest of her life. Only my opinion...
