Dr. Williams,
Hi. Thank you for the clarification of IBD and the
histopathologic changes being seen. Particularly, the
discrepancy between those seen when the label, IBD, is
given a little too liberally, and those which one (as
a pathologist) would expect to see with the actual
entity "IBD". Your explanation reminded me of what I
already knew (L-P inflitrates being end stages of many
chronic diseases) and will definately make a
difference in my future thinking...THANKS :)
(sometimes the simplest things/reminders can make such
a big difference :) )
