like he is gasping. But he does this only when hes out
running
around, playing etc.. outside of the cage. Its loud and Im

Sort of "Heh, heh, heh" and gaspy-ish, and during active play?
If so, that's laughter. If he starts acting sluggish during
it then there is a problem to pin point.
