I don't think there is any need for rubbing alcohol or peroxide to
clean the ears. Just a little water to moisten the cotton tip, and
gently remove wax that is seen on and between the grooves
on the ear. This seems to be fine for my guys, and I usually
don't have to clean more than once a week.

You could also use those ear wash solutions they sell,
I think the FerretStore has an all natural one, and
Sheppard and Greene, Marshall's and others are out there.
I just put a little on the q-tip and rub the excess off on my arm
or pant leg, and use the same way as above.
