I talked with Larry this morning (yesterday was his day off so I wasn't
able to talk to him till this morning) and he said that the rigidity could
be caused by too much ammonia in the system. Because these little ones are
recovering from ECE and he has taken on a bit of a yellow tint to his
nose he believes it could be his liver. He suggested lots of fluids and
lactulose to remove the ammonia from his system.
To explain more on the rigidity - he was in a C sleeping position and when
I picked him up he stayed in that position, not even moving his head.
