I work in pediatrics and haven't heard of gripe water-
maybe a reginal thing. Can you tell us what is in it?

For ECE going to just a very bland diet is best- no kibble
just science A/D or Gerber's second stage chicken baby food
warmed.

ECE is mostly just diarrhea, in the beginning there may be
some nausea and vomiting, but it is unusual to be lasting
this long, so it may be you are dealing with something else-
