Subject: Can ferrets be mute?
I have a two year old male that I adopted from a local animal shelter
a few months ago. He is very quiet, meaning that I have not heard him
make any noise except for a very quiet hissing when we are playing.
He had his tail caught in a cabinet door and hardly made any noise
even though I'm sure it had to hurt. I believe he is from Marshall
Farms since I have learned they tatoo their ears with blue ink, and
he has two small dots on one of his ears. He's a cinammon ferret and
on the small side; only two pounds. Is this maybe a trait in
cinammon ferrets?
