simple question

The main drawback of biaxin is that the granules are in the suspension
and for children if they don't wash it down with some juice and
bite down on the granules it is very bitter.
The stuff is also very sticky and reminds me of sand that gets
on you at the beach.

So, to answer your question, yes the granules are normal and
won't dissolve.
