Subject: Eosinophilic pleural effusion
Hello, I have a question for the veterinarians in the group:
Has anyone seen a ferret with eosinophilic pleural effusion and pneumonia? Did you identify a cause. No micro-organisms have been seen in my patient using samples from thoracocentesis and BAL.
I was also wondering if anyone has a suggestion for a dose of fenbendazole in the ferret. I plan on using a cat dose.
I would really appreciate any input for this unusual case.
