No. From our experience most adrenal growths have been NOT
malignant, but I think that there is tendency for people to not
always realize that many tumors are not cancers, are not malignant,
are instead benign...
There can also be tumors which are of some forms of cancers that tend
to stay quite localized so if removed surgery can be curative for
those types. (There are many, many of types of cancers, with them
varying widely, and not all spread readily.)
