Subject: Bloody poop and thinning ferret

Help!!!

My vet has gone on holidays and I have observed two stools
today from Bill, my oldest ferret that were bloody and the
second one this afternoon was seedy. He has been losing
weight this Summer but I was not concerned at I thought it was
part of his adjusting to the season.
He has a good apetite, very active, seems unaffected by this
turn of events. Do you think I am seeing an ulcer?
I will be taking him to another vet tomorrow but any thoughts
or advice would be helpful as this is not our regular vet.
