Looks like UTK has been re-arranging their website again. The one at
Auburn is still under construction, looks like. The new spot for the
UTK info is:

Note that you have to do some scrolling to see everything you need to
submit the test. The ferret info is down a little bit, and the
submission addy and contact info is found further down, or they have
a link to it from the top of the page. They do have a PDF version of
the submission form, and they want vets to call before they submit
samples for the first time.
