I guess I kind of put my foot into my mouth, didn't I? Of course,
there is nothing wrong with adding sympathies to an INFORMATIVE post
which teaches further about the medical problem under discussion,
buts post that are "only" (in topic) sympathy notes would rapidly
overwhelm the list if they were posted publicly so by keeping them
private a person helps every other FHL member, too.

(Aren't judgement calls fun? Arrrgghhhhhhhhhh!)
