Subject: [Ferret-Health-list] why won't she drink?

Daily fluid requirements for ferrets is around 75-100ml/kg/day for
maintanace. But more is needed if there is diarrhea and or vomiting. You
could try putting warm water with her hard kibble and see if she would take
that or even try the water from canned tuna over the kibble.(That works
great for cats) Another suggestion maybe to water down Nutrical and syringe
feed her.
Good Luck ,I hope these suggestions help. KM----- Original Message -----
