Hi Trish,
My Imuran reads .5MG/ML. The ideal doseage was .2ML once every three
days but Noobie was on .2ML once every other day until he began doing
better. Noobie weighs 2.8 pounds.

It does sound like, even though he weighs a pound more, your Mufasa
is on a great deal higher doseage than Noobie was. Your's is even
compounded at twice the strength as Noobie's and then you're giving
him .5ML twice a day. I just can't help wondering if this is
upsetting his stomach more? I don't know enough about Imuran to say
that for sure, but I know my vet wouldn't even write the prescription
for me for the Imuran - he said he had to be sure that the
pharmacists compounded it correctly and he would call it in and speak
with them himself about it.

Imuran is immuno-suppressant so I don't think you'd want to give him
a higher doseage than he'd need. I believe that there is a vet on
this list that started the protocol of using Imuran for IBD symptoms,
hopefully he'll read this all and respond. I'm curious to know as
well.
Take care,
