Unfortunately I have to all the time. That is how the
asthma inhalers work. And the one I quoted from was
beclamethasone which is quite similar to dexamethasone.

It prevents the whole inflammatory process from starting
from what I understand.

Not for me. And I think you made a really interesting
point wondering if it effects the vaccine's effectiveness.
It's also made me think about whether it might be good to
use it to premedicate though I never have.
