re: use of neosporin or any triple antibiotic -- please, BE VERY CAREFUL to
guard against ingestion. Bacitracin is in many of these and it can be
seriously harmful to the ferrets if ingested. I have heard of a related
death of a ferret due to ingestion of bacitracin. Kidney impairment /
failure if I recall can be one of the negative effects.
Perhaps a vet can enlighten us more?
