wolf has a crooked face, and it causes one of his lower canines to form
a hole in his upper lip. i have consulted with a vet about it, who
feels that it is best to leave the tooth as-is provided it is not
causing any trouble. i periodically clean out his lip hole, which
collects "gunk" to a slight degree. it has never gotten particularly
irritated, nor has it ever gotten infected. provided i clean it a
couple times a week, all is well.
