I was once told at a veterinary conference that frontline spray is great for earmites. There, of course, is not any literature on it that I have
found. However, I tried it on a few of my own ferrets that had ear mites when I first got them and it worked GREAT! I treated each ear with 0.1 ml
once and repeated the dose in 2-3 weeks and it really worked. I personally use advantage as needed for fleas and ivermectin/propylene glycol
monthly for heartworms. (I have been using the heartworm mixture for 10 years)
I am not a vet just a CVT with lots of ferret experience.
Take care
Sue
