It is good that you are not giving her over-the-counter meds that
your vet has not okayed beforehand. There have been ferrets
accidentally killed by some of those.
Ferrets do not get human cold viruses. They do get influenza and
several other things that can cause running noses. There is even at
least one serious thing that can cause running noses.
What you really need to do is to get the ferret into the vet for a check-up.
