Subject: Beasley
At 8:34am this past Saturday, Beasley lost his three and a half year battle
with insulinoma. He went downhill very quickly this last week. I took him
into our vet on Thursday evening because he was having some difficulty
breathing and Saturday, after multiple CBC's, X-rays, EKG's, and various
treatments, we knew it was time.
Beasley was the sweetest and most gentle ferret I even knew and though I
still have Spaz and Penny, and one should not play favorites, Beasley and I
were the closest of all. I miss him terribly and feel lost without him.
