It does appear as if Dr. Weiss' site is out of commission, though if
you know the URL of the individual pages, you can still get to
those. It's just the home page that's not working.
It could also be that he has allowed that site to expire because he
has a new one for his new clinic... http://www.bradlyhills.com. The
only problem is that the new site has never been completed, even
though it's been up for months.
