Subject: skin around penis - sore/bleeding
Hi all - I have a quick question. My 1.5 year old, Quasi, is licking
the skin around his penis to the point that it is bleeding and raw.
It had a small scab, but he has now licked that off. I don't think he
is ill because he is as active as ever. We had fleas awhile ago (2
months) and used Advantage as well as a fogger and have not had a
problem since. Is this something that is typical (for a fuzzball) and
what can I do to get him to stop? Is it indicative of something else
that I should be concerned about? His diet is IAMS, Ultimate, and TF.
I just added the TF, but he was doing this before then. Any
suggestions would be helpful.
