I also think this would be very valuable information to
share. I'm sure all the vets, shelter operators and long-time
ferret owners will have excellent suggestions on what we
should keep on hand. Would it be possible for someone to
compile all the useful suggestions and save it as a single
document in the Files section? I just thought that might be
helpful for later reference.

I was once told that it is good idea to have a first-aid kit
at hand
in case of accidents which need some treatment immediatley,
I can no
longer find the web site it was on and would like a list if
at all
possible of what I should have at hand in my home to help my
babies
if something nasty, (god forbid) ever happened. Has anybody
else
heard of this or have a kit of their own? If I remember
correctly it
contained things like Iodine and cotton-buds, (for cleaning
wounds,
not ears). If anybody has such a kit a contents list would
be much
appreciated.
