Thank you for responding, Dr. Williams. I will remove the aspirin
from my list. And, thank you for telling us how to administer the
activated charcoal and hydrogen peroxide. The largest tubes I have
are #5 Red French tubes and catheters so will ask my vet if that is
big enough for the charcoal to go through. I kinda doubt it. Will
get a larger tube to have on hand. I have inserted stomach tubes
into opossums and squirrels (and a few times into birds of prey) so I
have the skills necessary. I, of course, would be a nervous wreck
with my ferrets but think I can do it if it's a life and death
situation.

I like to think that I can call Poison Control and will have the
items I need.

As for diarrhea, I think that is probably something where there is
time to get to a vet if it's really, really bad. My main concern is
handling accidental poisonings and major injuries quickly.

Thank you, thank you.
