Subject: Rattail
All of this back and forth about rattail reminded
me of something from a number of years ago. In
fact, I think someone else mentioned it. I
believe it was my Lily (RIP) and Lany. They both
started getting bald spots on their tails and I
took them to the vet (this was long before I had a
computer and had access to the FML, and, of
course, the FHL had never even been thought of).
He (the vet) thought it was allergies and gave
them both a shot (of what, I have no clue). In a
while, they were fine and the fur grew back. I
really can't remember if they had blackheads.
All this is a long way of saying that, perhaps, if
there are not blackheads, you might try a dose or
two of Benadryl. It may be that they are reacting
to the move to a new environment. Are they
sneezing a lot too?
