A large bleeding ulcer in the stomach ( usually
blood is darker that is passed out through the
stools, not bleeding directly from rectum), shock, or
platelets so low she is bleeding everywhere (bruising
usually seen first), or bleeding from something like
ingesting rat poison (coumadin).
Anyhow, bring her to the emergency vet tonight,
if it is an ulcer, and the bleeding can be controlled,
then can start carafate, and bland diet.
