Subject: Coughing after vaccine reaction
Today, my boy Nanook had his distemper shot (Galaxy) and had a mild reaction
with vomiting. Since I had stayed at my vet's office just for this reason,
she gave him Benedryl and he got all better after awhile. His shot was about
10 this morning and we left the vet's at noon. He started coughing around
7pm and he is still coughing pretty frequently. He is eating, drinking,
pooping and peeing fine, he also doesn't seem to be lethargic or anything. I
plan to call my vet in the morning, but was wondering if this might be more
serious or if this might be more of a reaction. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
